Testimonials
""It was an exciting experience, the place, the atmosphere, the singer's amazing singing, the interesting interludes....all of this gave us, secular people, a sense of Shabbat and holiness.""
""I grew up abroad and I am 100% secular. But I am a spiritual person and it does me good and especially for my daughter to be in a place with nature, poetry and gives a feeling of belonging even if I am not 'from the map'.".
""...Most of all, I'm happy to find a pro-traditional Israeli alternative where religion is presented in a pleasant, welcoming, contemporary, and happy way...!
""A connection to a liberal, spiritual, social, and pleasant Jewish experience full of enthusiasm in an ideal location by the sea at sunset.".
""It's very exciting every time to come, to identify with a few other people who are looking for meaning in Judaism with equality. It's a prayer in an original, extraordinary spirit that suits my way of life.".
""You are implementing the idea of Israeli Judaism in a beautiful and amazing way, and I hope it will be possible to 'replicate' what you are doing in many places in the country.".
""An experience of transcendence, togetherness, meaning, prayer, connection to tradition without preaching.".
""I am secular with an affinity for tradition. I left the event amazed. I saw that it was possible to do it differently. I was moved by everything. The prayer segments, the singing, the lyrics. And why not? The atmosphere was special and the entire event in front of the sunset gave me a feeling of holiness and spiritual upliftment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.".
""I appreciate many characteristics of the Orthodox cause, but I felt that receiving Shabbat at the port provided the things that I usually lack: spirituality, freedom from technical details, fellowship, shared singing. I was very moved by these elements in receiving Shabbat.".
